Easy, Hassle-Free Returns
At StyleNova, we want you to love your order! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain items, like underwear, swimwear, or personalized products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • To start a return, please contact us at stylenovafashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved returns will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Important Note:
Since we use Trendsi and Syncee suppliers, return shipping may go directly to the supplier. Some items may have different return requirements depending on the supplier. We’ll guide you through the process if this applies.
